I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Mental Health Counseling.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked in private practice, community mental health, military settings, and international counseling programs in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Romania.

Along the way I’ve helped adults, couples, and families overcome trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and limiting beliefs through practical, evidence-based care that produces meaningful, lasting change.

My office is at 1725 W Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite 201, Tampa, FL 33607, just west of Downtown Tampa. It’s minutes from Midtown and Raymond James Stadium, with easy access from I-275.

If you’re using insurance, your telehealth appointments are scheduled and conducted securely through Headway.

If you’re paying out of pocket, you’ll receive a secure video link by email a few minutes before your session.

No. Therapy has evolved a bit since Freud.

But would you like to hear a funny story? Your therapist (me) did have to lie on a couch for her own sessions as a teenager. I’m 56 years old, and my therapist’s therapist was analyzed by Freud.
